Clients with a Cause

In March, our #ClientsWithACause program supports Victory Mission! Through four locations operating 365 days per year, they provide emergency and educational services that lead to long-term reconciliation, rehabilitation, and re-entry into society for families and individuals who are hungry, homeless, hurting, and struggling to meet basic needs. Services provided by Victory Mission include a food pantry, Victory Square for Men (men’s shelter), and Victory Vintage Thrift Store, and programs offered are P.R.E.P. for Life, Transitions, and a women’s program through SingleMomzRock. Find out more about this great non-profit organization and discover how you can donate or volunteer in the link below. #KPMCARES

Clients with a Cause

Our #ClientsWithACause program supports Victory Mission! They are committed to providing life-changing opportunities for men who are learning how to overcome life-controlling issues and operate several social enterprises for job training opportunities. One such business is STREET CHEF CATERING! Choosing #STREETCHEFCATERING for your event not only helps support Victory Mission, but also allows men to learn skills that help them in the hospitality/food industry. Learn more about #STREETCHEFCATERING, and view their menu in the link below. #KPMCARES

KPM is proud to support area non-profits including:

Cents of Pride

As part of the Springfield Public Schools’ Cents of Pride program, KPM is excited to sponsor Westport Elementary School’s Westport Warehouse! This program uses positive reinforcement to encourage good behavior and attendance. The Warehouse is open twice each month, and students are assisted by a personal shopper to pick out just the right items. As one of the elementary schools in Springfield with the lowest attendance rate and approximately 86 percent of students qualifying for the free and reduced lunch program, we are happy to sponsor this program and do our part to help provide opportunities for educational success!

United Way

KPM proudly supports the United Way of the Ozarks (United Way) and their mission to improve lives in the Ozarks by uniting community support. In 2016, the United Way presented KPM with the ‘Leo’s Champions’ award for achieving a 15 percent or greater increase in employee contributions for their 2015 Annual Campaign and also recognized KPM for having a top 50 local campaign. KPM also is glad to sponsor and participate in their ‘Day of Caring’ event annually, which is the largest single-day volunteer event in Southwest Missouri. Overall, KPM’s ‘Day of Caring’ participation for 2015 and 2016 included the completion of nine projects by 47 volunteers.
