FIRM PARTIES AND OUTINGS

The firm hosts three parties every year - one on April 15th, a Firm Picnic and the other at Christmas.  The April 15th party is a relaxed, casual gathering to celebrate the close of tax season.  The Firm Picnic is an outdoor, fun-packed, family event held in the summer.  The Christmas party is semi-formal and is held at one of the local country clubs.  Other firm outings are planned throughout the year.

Firm Socials
Firm socials are held on the last Friday of the month.  These are held in a large conference room at the office so that everyone may gather for food and conversation.  

Community Involvement
Employees at KPM are encouraged to be actively involved in community organizations such as, Leadership Springfield, Rotary, the Chamber of Commerce, and individual local charities.

Employee Appreciation Meals
Employee appreciation breakfasts and luncheons are held during tax season to provide employees a nice break in the day.

Golf Outings
Informal golf outings are planned a few times a year for those employees interested in working on their swing.  April 16th is one of the designated days for this event.

Team Sports
Coed softball and volleyball teams are coordinated during the summer and fall months for those employees and family members interested in participating on a volunteer basis.
