KPM Sponsors the Westport Warehouse through the Cents of Pride Program!

As part of the Cents of Pride program, #KPMCPAs is excited to sponsor Westport K-8 Elementary School’s Westport Warehouse, which launched last week! Elementary students can earn up to $2/day in ‘Wildcat Cash’ for things like good attendance and being on their best P.R.I.D.E. (Purpose.Respect.Integrity.Discipline.Excellence) behavior. This also teaches these students financial literacy as they track their ‘cash’ and make purchases. Items included at the Warehouse include coats, hygiene items, food, toys, clothes, games, etc. The Warehouse is open twice each month, and students are assisted by a personal shopper to pick out just the right items. Learn more about the Warehouse launch in this KY3 News story: http://bit.ly/1Tlxhmn.

As one of the elementary schools in Springfield with the lowest attendance rate and approximately 86 percent of students qualifying for the free and reduced lunch program, we are happy to sponsor this program and do our part to help provide opportunities for educational success! #KPMSponsored #KPMCARES
