Clients with a Cause

Our #ClientsWithACause program in November supports Nova Center of the Ozarks (Nova) as they proudly serve individuals and families affected by autism and other developmental disabilities through residential, day habilitation, and behavior services. Nova’s residential services are provided through an Individualized Supported Living arrangement where individuals are in their own home (with one or two housemates) with a goal for each person to become as independent as possible, enabling them to lead a happy and productive life. In fact, the housing provided by Nova (which is decorated and furnished based on individual tastes and updated regularly with the help of donations) has been recognized by the Department of Mental Health as some of the nicest homes supported by a provider agency! Learn more about Nova’s residential services or donate in the link below. #KPMCARES

Clients with a Cause

This month, our #ClientsWithACause program supports Nova Center of the Ozarks (Nova)! Their day habilitation program provides services that enable individuals to live independent lives in their own home or with their families. Through one-on-one and group settings, their support services are tailored to the individual and includes skills such as community integration, money management, self-care, self-advocacy, health, and safety. A Day Program also is offered Monday-Friday and individuals have the opportunity to work, learn, and play to develop skills to be active in the community based on their own goals and preferences. Learn more about these services offered by Nova below. #KPMCARES

KPM is proud to support area non-profits including:

United Way of the Ozarks

KPM proudly supports the United Way of the Ozarks (United Way) and their mission to improve lives in the Ozarks by uniting community support. In 2016, the United Way presented KPM with the ‘Leo’s Champions’ award for achieving a 15 percent or greater increase in employee contributions for their 2015 Annual Campaign and also recognized KPM for having a top 50 local campaign. KPM also is glad to sponsor and participate in their ‘Day of Caring’ event annually, which is the largest single-day volunteer event in Southwest Missouri. KPM’s most recent ‘Day of Caring’ participation included 23 volunteers at five project sites for a total of 138 hours of ‘Helping Hands.’
