24 Mar Firm Update: COVID-19 Procedures
KPM CPAs & Advisors (KPM) appreciates your cooperation as we continue to navigate the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and work through changing circumstances. In an abundance of caution, we have determined that effective Wednesday, March 25, KPM’s lobby will be closed to outside visitors. Please note the following additional measures that will be put in place:
- Our hours of operation will change to 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday
- Our client drop box (located outside the front doors) will be available any time and staff will continue to monitor incoming documents
- When possible, documents and deliverables will be transitioned to electronic or mailed delivery; if an in-person drop off or pick up is necessary, we will offer curbside service for your convenience
Due to our increased technological capabilities, many of our staff members have already begun working remotely and will continue to do so as they provide valuable client service. If you have questions or concerns, please contact your KPM advisor for further details on how they can best serve you. We are thankful for your flexibility and understanding as this situation continues to unfold for us all.
