KPM is pleased to announce our merger with local accounting firm Davis, Lynn & Moots, P.C. (DLM). This merger allows KPM and DLM professionals to continue to strengthen our position as top local service providers.

DLM, one of the top 10 local firms, was founded in 1983 and provides services primarily to non-profit, governmental and education entities in addition to construction contractors in Missouri, Arkansas and Kansas.

The combined firm boasts a professional staff of approximately 100 personnel, so to accomodate this growth, construction of a new building at the corner of Republic Road and Fremont is currently underway. This new building will have three sprawling floors to ensure space for future growth, a sleek and modern design, and plenty of parking space for firm employees and clients. We will be launching a page to keep those in the community apprised of the building progress soon. Groundbreaking has taken place and the expected move in date is later this year in October. Until this time, however, each respective firm will continue to work from their current office locations on East Sunshine and South Avenue.
