In April, our #ClientsWithACause program supports Council of Churches of the Ozarks (CCO)! CCO has nine outreach services working to improve the quality of life throughout our region; providing compassionate service and outreach to our most vulnerable neighbors and assisting with basic services – food, shelter, and clothing. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, CCO offers updates regarding how they have modified their programs out of an abundance of caution and for the safety of their guests, volunteers, and employees. However, they still need volunteers and donations! Volunteers are needed for their Safe to Sleep Women’s Shelter, and Crosslines needs donations of food staples, hygiene items, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies as they are currently serving more than 100 families per day.
