KPM Lobby Reopening & COVID-19 Safety Protocols

KPM CPAs & Advisors (KPM) appreciates your cooperation as we continue to navigate these unprecedented times amid the COVID-19 pandemic. As a part of phase one business reopening procedures, which are consistent with parameters in local ordinances from Greene County and the City of Springfield, KPM’s lobby will reopen to the public on Monday, May 4. Please note the following additional measures in place for everyone’s safety:

  • Our client drop box (located outside the front doors) is still being encouraged for client document drop off, and staff will continue to consistently monitor it for deliveries
  • Virtual client meetings will continue to be offered and encouraged; clients participating in in-person meetings will have their temperature taken upon arrival and should adhere to proper social distancing measures while in the building
  • When possible, documents and deliverables will still primarily be in electronic format or mailed
  • Enhanced cleaning of all surfaces, added sanitizers in high-traffic and meeting areas, and use of disposable drinkware and dishes is still in effect
  • Additional safeguards regarding interactions (increased hand washing, refraining from personal contact, and following social distancing measures) are still in effect
  • Non-essential business travel and event attendance is still suspended
  • Remote working options are still being strongly encouraged to decrease the number of staff physically in the building at one time; any employee who is ill or experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, etc. are prohibited from entering the building until cleared by a medical professional
  • Clients, vendors, or other guests who are ill, or who have experienced COVID-19 related symptoms in the last 72 hours, should refrain from entering the building

We will keep you apprised of any changes that occur in response to federal, state, and local regulatory and health agencies. If you have questions or concerns, please contact your KPM advisor for further details on how they can best serve you and provide valuable client service. We are thankful for your flexibility and understanding as we move forward while continuing to keep our staff, clients, and community members safe.
